Cruise Brothers is owned and operated by Anywhere Incorporated. This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to the services available through this website. This Agreement describes your responsibilities and, among other things, limits the liability of Cruise Brothers. Before submitting an account registration form and/or using any of the services offered on our website, please read all of this Agreement carefully. Your use of this website (the "Site") constitutes your agreement to be legally bound and abide by all terms, conditions and notices contained herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, YOU MUST NOT USE THIS SITE. Additionally, children are prohibited from using this Site.

Cruise Brothers reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on this Site. The amended terms shall be effective from and after the date that they are posted on the Site.

From prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) per person (cruise only) based on double occupancy and do not include airfare, taxes, or government charges unless otherwise noted . From prices are based upon the lowest fare and are subject to availability. Your exact price depends upon selected day of departure, departure city, ship, cabin level and class of airfare available. Rates for third and fourth passengers are not shown, until you select your sailing and click through to the pricing page. All prices and dates are subject to availability, at the cruise line discretion. All offers and upgrades are for selected dates, sailings, and cabin categories only, are subject to availability, and are capacity controlled. Promotional rates are for new bookings only. All prices and dates may not be available at time of booking. All information is subject to change without notice. Please note that all cruise lines reserve the right to reinstate fuel surcharges, upwards of $10 per person, should the price of crude oil exceed $60 per barrel on NYSE. We reserve the right to correct errors. Cruise Brothers Cancellation Fee is $100. Cruise Brothers change fee of $25 may be applicable. Cruise lines and land vendors may impose cancellation fees, per their cancellation fee schedule. Name changes are subject to current charges by vendor. Travel Insurance is highly recommended.
 
All passengers are required to carry valid Proof of Citizenship before being allowed to board a cruise ship. Bringing proper proof of citizenship is the responsibility of the guest. Any guest traveling without proper documentation will be denied boarding by the cruise ship and no refund of the cruise fare will be issued.   All travelers will be required to have a passport to enter or re-enter the United States. All land packages out of the US require passports. More passport information may be found at:  http://travel.state.gov/passport.  All US and non-U.S. citizens - Guest responsibility to check with Embassy or Consulate for proper documentation or Visa required. Unless a Provider has agreed otherwise, all products, services, advice, merchandise and information available through this Site are provided on an "as is", "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Your CREDIT CARD WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED on the final payment due date indicated on your confirmation. These final payments are securely faxed to the cruise line and may take up to 17 days (past your payment due date) to be posted to your credit card account. Please do not be concerned, as we will notify you if there are any problems with your final payment. If using a Debit Card please make sure the final payment balance, on your payment due date, is within the bank approved credit limit- regardless of your account balance. If you wish to make final payment by a method other than the credit card on file, you should contact us at least 7-10 days prior to your due date.
